An incident of ATM robbery has been reported from the Beed district of Maharashtra. It happened after two masked men tried looting the machine using their car. The entire incident was captured on a CCTV camera and the video is now doing rounds on social media. The attempt, however, was unsuccessful as the police arrived at the spot and took charge of the matter. According to reports, the incident took place on the night of September 6 at around 3 am.

Both the thieves somehow uprooted the ATM machine belonging to Maharashtra Bank using a car in the Yelambaghata area of Maharashtra. The thieves tried to flee upon seeing the police arriving at the spot. However, on the basis of the CCTV footage, the police launched a search operation to locate the culprits.

The robbery was inspired from the popular Hollywood movie ‘Fast & Furious’. It showcased a similar scene involving the stealing of a bank vault.

Meanwhile, earlier, in another strange incident, two individuals, who were reportedly intoxicated, approached a couple on the streets of Delhi with the intention of robbing them. The viral video showed two assailants on a motorcycle attempting to rob the couple at gunpoint. One of the robbers proceeds to search the man’s pockets. However, to their surprise, the robbers discovered that the couple had nothing except a Rs 20 note. After seeing this, the robbers handed over a Rs 100 note to them.
