Five snake charmers who boarded the general coach in Chambal Express from Howrah to Gwalior created panic by releasing the snakes into the coach. According to reports, these people did not pay money. They were only walking across the train seats and asking for donations for the snakes. When they did not get enough donations, they reportedly let the snakes open. It happened when the train was near Mahoba in Uttar Pradesh and some passengers refused to pay the snake charmers money.
Little did they know that their refusal would cause such chaos. The charmers were immediately reported to the railway control room. However, they managed to jump off the coach before the train reached the next station.

According to the instructions given at the Jhansi station, the passengers onboard were shifted to another bogie. This was done keeping in mind the safety of every person. Also, GRP entered the coach and searched for the snakes but there was nothing to be found.
A case has been registered against the unknown snake charmers.

Meanwhile, earlier, a video that went viral showed an elderly man catching a snake found in a vegetable market. The video came from Godda district, Jharkhand. It showed an elderly trying to catch a snake that had been found in a vegetable shop under a sack of potatoes. People surround the old man, looking at the scene in wonder as he tries to capture the snake. The reports said that the snake is a cobra, one of the deadliest species of snake on the planet.
The people around give their own suggestions but the man seems to know what he is doing. He can be seen pinning the head of the snake with his stick and then grabbing its slithering body with his bare hand.
