Both the IPOs received decent responses from IPOs with Pramara Promotions getting 26 times subscription and Basilic Fly garnering whopping 286 times subscription. Both the IPOs were opened from public subscription between September 1 and September 5. While Pramara Promotions is a promotional marketing agency, Basilic Fly Studio is a visual effects studio providing VFX solutions for movies, TV, net series and commercials.

According to market observers, unlisted shares of Pramara Promotions are currently trading Rs 25 higher (about 40 per cent lisint gains) in the grey market, while the shares of Basilic Fly Studio were up by Rs 230 (around 237 per cent listing gains). This means the grey market is expecting decent listing gain from the public issue.
‘Grey market premium’ indicates investors’ readiness to pay more than the issue price.
