Jawan has become one of the biggest blockbusters of all time. Amid the film’s success, lead actress of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer, Nayanthara was snapped at the Mumbai airport on Thursday (September 7) night. She was also accompanied by her husband Vignesh Shivan. In a video that surfaced on social media, the couple was seen holding hands as they posed for the cameras.
However, what caught everyone’s attention was something else. In the viral clip, one of the paparazzi can be seen telling Nayanthara that Jawan ‘movie nahi festival hai’. The actress smiled at this and humbly said, ‘thank you’. Watch it here:

It would not be wrong to say that the paparazzo was absolutely right. On Thursday, several videos of fans celebrating the release of Jawan across the country surfaced on social media. Fans were seen playing with colours, bursting crackers, dancing inside and outside theatres and wearing Jawan-themed t-shirts.
Nayanthara’s airport spotting also came hours after she also visited the iconic Gaiety Galaxy Cinema in Mumbai to surprise fans. She was also accompanied by the film’s director Atlee.
On Thursday, Shah Rukh Khan also reacted to his movie getting immense love from the audience and shared that he is ‘overwhelmed’ with response. “Wow have to take time out and thank each and every Fan Club and all of you who have gone so happily in the theatres and even outside. So overwhelmed will surely do the needful as soon as I get my breath back in a day or so. Uff!! Love u for loving #Jawan," he wrote.
Besides Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara, Jawan also stars Ridhi Dogra, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani in key roles. Deepika Padukone also plays an extended cameo in the film. It is being said that Jawan is all set to break records and become the biggest Bollywood opener at the box office of all time. As reported by Sacnilk.com, Jawan has already earned Rs 35.6 crores at the box office in India due to its advance booking. Jawan is releasing in about 10,000 screens, making it one of the widest releases ever for an Indian movie. Film trade expert Taran Adarsh also told News18 Showsha that Jawan is likely to record opening day box office collection of Rs 85 crore in all languages. Official day one box office numbers of Jawan are still awaited.
