| Karnataka Government responds to the CWMA's affidavit before the Supreme Court on the Cauvery water issue. The Cauvery Water Management Authority (CWMA) in an affidavit filed on Thursday (31st August) has told the Supreme Court that it has been informed by State of Karnataka that a total of 149898 cusec of water has been discharged at Biligundulu from 12.08.2023 to 26.08.2023. The Tamil Nadu government had approached Supreme Court seeking its intervention .
