The Department of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Haryana has published the schedule for the third round of Haryana NEET UG counselling, offering admission to MBBS and BDS programs. The registration for this stage of state National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) counselling has commenced today, September 9 and will continue until September 13 at uhsrugcounselling.com.
Eligible candidates can apply within this timeframe, with the option to edit their application forms and submit their preferences for the third round. As per the official schedule, the provisional seat allocation outcome is set to be released on September 14.
Candidates who have previously registered in either the first or second round of counselling are exempt from re-registration. However, new participants in the third round must make a security deposit of Rs 10,000 (or Rs 5,000 for SC, ST, EWS, and PwD candidates) for government medical and dental colleges and Rs 1 lakh for private institutions.
Those who have been allocated seats in prior counselling rounds must indicate their willingness or preference to upgrade their seat online; otherwise, they will not be eligible for consideration in the third round of counselling.
“In case of failure of any registered candidate (whether freshly registered or the candidates who were allotted seats in the Round-1/ Round-2 and want to upgrade their seat in Round 3) to deposit the requisite security amount, they will NOT be considered eligible to participate in the Round-3 of counselling,” read the official notification.

-Fresh registration, application correction, choice-filling, and willingness to participate: September 9 to September 13 until 5 pm
-Provisional seat allocation: September 14
-Grievances on provisional seat allotment and uploading of final seat allocation: September 14
-Payment of tuition fee: September 14 to September 18, up to 5 pm
-Document verification: September 19 to September 20
-Last date for joining the allotted institute: September 21

Step 1: Navigate to uhsrugcounselling.com, the official website of DMER Haryana.
Step 2: Click on the ‘new registration’ link that will be available on the home page.
Step 3: Next, register yourself by adding the necessary information and then log in to the account.
Step 4: Fill out the application form with your personal and academic details and upload all the required documents.
Step 5: Once details are filled, make sure to pay the application fee before submitting the form.
Step 6: Check all the details and click on submit.
